1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application. CramSheet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notification provided through updated documentation.
2. Purpose & Educational Use
CramSheet is an open-source productivity, typesetting, and paper-saving software tool designed to compile dense, high-yield cheat sheets, exam study guides, and engineering desk runbooks into zero-margin A4 and Letter printable formats. All educational summaries, course reviews, and exam guides are intended for personal study, preparation, and professional reference.
3. Intellectual Property & User Content
- Your Content & Cloud Workspace: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all Markdown text, uploaded materials, and compiled sheets you create with CramSheet. If you choose to enable Cloud Workspace Synchronization by signing in with Google, your private documents are stored in an isolated, secure partition on Google Cloud Firestore accessible exclusively by your authenticated account. We do not claim ownership, inspect, or license your private workspace documents.
- Community Marketplace Publishing: If you choose to publish a sheet to the CramSheet Community Marketplace, you grant CramSheet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and allow other users to clone or print your sheet for personal and educational use.
- Copyright & DMCA: Users must not publish copyright-infringing material, proprietary academic exams, or confidential employer data. Infringing sheets will be promptly removed upon notice.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
When using CramSheet Studio, you agree not to:
- Use the service to generate, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Attempt to exploit, overload, or bypass rate limits on our backend API endpoints or cloud converters.
